General terms and conditions

These terms and conditions of sale are concluded between:

On the one hand, the company Hexa-Tone, SIREN 832919963.

And on the other hand, any natural or legal person, exercising a commercial activity, wishing to make a purchase on the website


Article 1: Introduction

The purpose of these conditions is to define the contractual relationship between Hexa-Tone and the customer.

The fact of placing an order with us implies the acceptance of our general terms and conditions of sale.

Hexa-Tone reserves the right to modify its terms and conditions of sale at any time. In this case, the applicable conditions will be those in force on the date of the customer’s order.


Article 2: Rates

Our prices include VAT and postage in addition.

Hexa-Tone reserves the right to modify its prices at any time and without notice, invoicing being made at the price in effect on the day of delivery.


Article 3: Availability

Product offers are valid as long as they are on the website, within the limits of available stocks.

If a product is not available, Hexa-Tone will keep this product as a residual for a period of 6 months. After this period, the order of the product will be cancelled.


Article 4: Orders

Orders can be placed on the website, by phone or by email.


Article 5: Payment terms

The customer chooses his payment method.

The payment of the goods is made by:

Bank transfer

Credit card

Check, made out in euros to Hexa-Tone

The delivered goods remain the property of Hexa-Tone until full payment has been received. In the event of non-payment of an agreed claim, Hexa-Tone is entitled to recover the goods belonging to it. In the event of a dispute, the court of Toulouse is the only competent court.


Article 6: Delivery

The shipping costs are at the customer’s expense and determined according to the weight of the package.

Possible delivery methods are DPD, La Poste and UPS.


The customer undertakes to transmit all necessary information for a smooth running of the delivery. He must also provide a telephone number and an e-mail address in order to be notified by the carrier.


Our goods travel at the risk and peril of the recipient. It is the responsibility of the latter to unpack his goods in the presence of the carrier. In the event of a problem, the recipient must make a reservation on the transport voucher and send a registered letter to the carrier within 48 hours reporting damage or loss to claim compensation or replacement. The non-application of these clauses engages the sole responsibility of the recipient and prohibits any recourse. No complaint will be accepted after 7 days after receipt of the goods.


Article 7: Return of goods

Returns of goods in their original packaging are acceptable over a period of 2 months. Any return of merchandise requires the prior agreement of Hexa-Tone’s management.

After 2 months following the invoice date (except in the case of after-sales service) a 30% obsolescence index will be applied to the returned product and therefore to the resulting credit note. After 6 months, the obsolescence index taken into account will be 50%. After 1 year, any return of merchandise will be refused.


Article 8: Intellectual Property

The information transmitted by the customer is for the exclusive use of Hexa-Tone. Hexa-Tone undertakes not to transmit to third parties the information provided by customers, which remains confidential.
