Definitions :

User: any natural person, with or without an account on the site, using this website or any of the services offered on it.

Site: this is the site .

Collection and purposes of data processing

This website collects personal data about any user browsing, consulting and ordering on our website, in particular by using cookies in accordance with current legislation.

This data collection takes place when the user:

  • Completes an information entry form
  • Contacts Customer Service by any means of communication made available to him/her such as contact form, e-mail, instant messaging (chat), etc.
  • Navigates on the Site
  • Subscribes to the newsletters offered by our company

The data collected are necessary for the following processing operations:

  • Production of statistics for audience measurement and marketing research
  • Management and follow-up of commercial relations between Hexa-Tone and the customer
  • Sending commercial prospecting (see paragraph “Newsletters”)
  • Displaying targeted ads, especially on social networks
  • Contact form and questionnaires

The User must complete all fields of the information entry form on except for fields not displayed as mandatory, and must explicitly consent to the use of the resulting data.

Otherwise, the contact form will not be sent. Hexa-Tone will not respond to the User’s requests.

The data may also be processed by subcontractors used by Hexa-Tone for the purpose of managing the site’s content.

Right of access, rectification and deletion

In accordance with the amended French Data Protection Act of 6 January 1978, the user has the right to access, rectify and delete data concerning him/her. The user may expressly object to the processing of his or her personal data.

To do so, simply write a letter to Hexa-Tone or fill in the online contact form on the website accessible at, choosing as the subject “Right of access, rectification or opposition to the processing of my data”.

The User indicates his surname, first name and postal address. His request must be signed and accompanied by a valid identity document bearing his signature. The User may specify the address to which the answer should be sent.

Hexa-Tone has a period of 2 months from the receipt of the User’s request to respond to it. At the end of this period, the Customer may refer the matter to the CNIL in the event of a negative response or absence of a response from Hexa-Tone.

Transfer of personal data outside the European Union

Hexa-Tone informs the User that his personal data may be transmitted to service providers located in the United States as part of the optimization of his advertising campaigns. These service providers act in compliance with the European provisions relating to the protection of personal data in the “Privacy Shield” agreement.

Data retention period

Hexa-Tone keeps the data for a period of five years from the end of the relationship with the customer or prospect. The delay starts from either the last call to customer service, or sending an email to customer service, or clicking on a hyperlink in an email sent by Hexa-Tone. At the end of this period, the data of the customer or prospect will be anonymized.

Nevertheless, information used to establish proof of a right or contract, or stored in compliance with a legal obligation, may be archived in accordance with the legal provisions in force.

Disposition of personal data after death

Hexa-Tone informs the User that he/she may define, during his/her lifetime, guidelines for the storage, deletion and communication of his/her personal data after his/her death. These guidelines may be general or specific. The User may modify or revoke his instructions at any time. To do so, the User may contact Hexa-Tone via the online form at with the subject “The fate of my data after my death”.



When creating his account and later in managing his preferences via the “My Account” section, the User can subscribe to the Hexa-Tone newsletter and thus choose to be informed at regular intervals of the offers offered on the Site. He has the possibility at any time to modify the information he wishes to receive or to unsubscribe by clicking on the link provided for this purpose at the bottom of each of the newsletters. This link is also available on the Site under the heading “My Account”.

Postal mail and telephone number

The customer’s postal address and telephone number are necessary for order processing and management as well as for business relations between Hexa-Tone and the customer.

Hexa-Tone uses this personal data for commercial prospecting purposes. At any time, the customer has the possibility to oppose it in a simple and free way on the Site via the site’s contact form.
Users who do not wish to be the subject of commercial prospecting by telephone are informed that they have the right to oppose telephone solicitation by entering their fixed and/or mobile telephone numbers on the free opposition list accessible via the website The user is informed that his request will be taken into account within 30 days of confirmation of his registration. This registration is valid for a period of 3 years.


Hexa-Tone can use the customer’s mobile phone number for order management and can also use it for sales prospecting purposes. At any time the customer has the possibility to oppose it in a simple and free way on the Site via the site’s contact form.


Definition of the cookie

Hexa-Tone uses cookies to recognize the User (customer or not) when he/she connects to the Site.

Hexa-Tone provides Site Users with a module allowing them to oppose cookies placed on the Site. The User can click on the “Customize” button in the information banner mentioning the purposes of the cookies placed.

Security measures taken to ensure the protection of personal data

Hexa-Tone implements all technical means in accordance with the rules to maintain the integrity, security and confidentiality of the data and in particular to prevent it from being distorted, damaged or accessed by unauthorised third parties.

Recruitment and applications

The personal information collected is processed electronically in accordance with the law of 6 January 1978 in order to manage and monitor applications via the contact form on our Site. The controller is Hexa-Tone (see “Identity of the controller”).

The data collected are intended for Hexa-Tone’s use and are kept for a period of 2 years from the last contact with the candidate.

In accordance with the amended law of 6 January 1978, candidates have the right to access, modify, rectify and delete personal data concerning them. The candidate may object to the disclosure of his or her contact information. All he has to do is write a letter to Hexa-Tone

He will indicate his full name and postal address. The request must be signed and specify the address to which the reply must be sent. A reply will then be sent to him within 2 months of receipt of the request, as evidenced by the postmark.
